Operation Care Program
Our Work
ROLF receives donated goods and distributes them to families in need. Through the partnership with the Christian humanitarian organization World Vision and organizations in the greater Northern California region, ROLF now can reach more families beyond the Bay Area.

Tax Preparation Services
Our WOrk
River of Life Foundation is an IRS-certified Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) center that offers free tax filing services to people who make an annual income of $60,000 or less, persons with disabilities, and limited English-speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. We train volunteer tax preparers to help individuals and families claim their maximum benefits and refund.
Appointments are required and we speak English and Mandarin.
101 Photo Club
Our Work
101 Photo Club was formed in January 2016. We are a group of professional and amateur photographers that network on a regular basis to learn and improve the craft of photography and to engage in commercial photography.
